Of course, it could be used as a birthday card, right? I really like how these flowers turned out with the red ink. I popped the blooms up with foam dots.
I have been scrapbooking and papercrafting since early 2001, when my (now)husband bought me my first scrapbooking kit for Valentine's Day.
